A Guide to the Bird Sounds of the Colombian Andes

Almost 20% of the world's bird species live in Colombia, the majority of them in the Andes region.
This 7-CD-set contains songs of 624 birdspecies belonging to 55 families. It is the most complete compilation of Neotropical bird vocalizations published to date for this area. 56 Contributing ornithologists made recordings at over 150 different localities (including Oriental, Central and Western Cordillera of Colombia). It includes 65 threatened birdspecies and 31 endemics. Over 1200 recordings. Comes with two booklets, 76 pages, bilingual English and Spanish.

Guía sonora de las aves de Vista de nieve y San Lorenzo, Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta

This field guide compiles recordings of 56 species from the Sierra Nevada area, in Colombia. A region with many endemic species that are not found anywhere else in the country. Published by the Humboldt Institute, as a conservation tool.
